Parking Permit Hang-tags
Effective April 1, 2025, parking shall be permitted parking only from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am by evidence of parking hang-tags. Each unit will have a maximum of two (2) hang-tags.
What Does Action Property Management Do?
Action handles the day-to-day administrative functions and financial affairs of your Association. They report directly and work closely with, your Board of Directors. Valerie Raboin is your Community Manager and can be reached at vraboin@actionlife.com. Your Community Manager prepares for and attends all regular, special and annual meetings. Management also prepares all mailing notices and conduct regular property inspections. Your Association has many vendors that participate in making your community safe and beautiful and your Community Manager interacts with the vendors on behalf of the Board of Directors.
