Disposing in dumpsters – Please be sure dispose trash within the dumpster and close the lid.  Leaving the lids open invites unwanted critters. Tossing trash over the enclosure may end up on the floor.  The association is incurring additional fees to have the enclosures cleaned. Please take a moment and ensure trash is disposed of properly.

Bulky item pick up – If you have a large item that require to be picked up (i.e. a couch, large appliances, etc.), please contact Management to schedule a special pick up. Please do not dispose of these items in the dumpsters. Extra fees do apply.

Patrol Services – If you have to leave your vehicle in the common area for more than 2 days please contact Management or California Coastal Patrol and provide your vehicle information as well as the dates you will be absent so as to place your vehicle on the no tow list.

Pool Cards and Key – Each resident is required to access the pool area with their own key and must provide proof of their resident card upon inspection. Failure to which they will be required to leave the pool area.

Surveillance Camera – Jumping over the pool gates is a violation of the Associations rules. Any person observed jumping the pol gate will be considered a trespass and will be reported to Corona Police Department. Additionally, the Board may impose a suspension of the Association privileges which includes the pool and the parking in common areas.

Vehicle Registration – In order to enforce the parking within the community, be prepared to provide your vehicle registration upon request.
