In order to manage costs related to waste and recycle, the Board hired Strategic Sanitation Services to manage and reduce the costs related to waste management. By using their services, the association will save $1,056.00 per year in trash related expenses.  Their services will also help the community to meet the state recycle requirements by adding 4 recycle bins within the community. These white recycle bins are in trash enclosure 2, 3, 5 and 7. Please be mindful when disposing your trash, your efforts are required in order to help the association continue to cut unnecessary cost.

Use white bins for recycle and green for other waste.

Do not throw your trash bags over the gates as they will land on the ground and that is a an extra cost to the association.

Break down your big boxes and properly dispose them in the white recycle bins.
