A new parking permit rule and parking rule reminder were recently mailed to the membership for your review and comment.  The Board of Directors reviewed and considered your comments during the Board meeting held on August 13, 2019.  After careful review and consideration, the new parking permit rule was adopted as presented.  Effective September 1, 2019, parking shall be permitted parking only from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am by evidence of parking hangtags. A fee of two hundred and fifty ($250.00) dollars, will apply for the cost of replacement of one hangtag. Each unit will have a maximum of two (2) hangtags. Please note that the use of parking permit was adopted at the July 10, 2018 Board meeting.
