Your Association’s Adjourned Annual Meeting of the Members was held on November 14, 2023. The Election of Directors was completed. A quorum of 25%, 32 owners, present either in person or by Secret Ballot was required for the meeting. It was announced that the quorum requirement was not met.

There being no quorum present, an announcement was made that no further attempts will be made and the Board will remain for an additional year.
